Haflong,9th April,2015: Many numbers of houses were damaged and road was blocked today in a strong winds and heavy rain, and lightning in the Dyangbra area under Diyungmukh police station in Dima Hasao district.
According to local the storm came in the afternoon and lasted for an hour in the area which damaged many houses and uprooted numbers of big and small trees following which the Haflong-Lanka road was remain closed for many hours.
Latter the road was cleared no major injury and lost of life was reported due to the storm
