Haflong, May 19, 2015 : The Fr. Bianchi memorial Library was inaugurated at Donbosco Higher Secondary School by Rev.FR/(DR) V.M.Thomas (SDB), Founder Director of the multi- faceted Don Bosco Institute, Guwahati and Provincial of the Salesian Congregation of Guwahati Province on 19 May 2015 in the premises of the school in the presence of EM Kulendra Daulagupu, Inspector of Schools Gayatri Naiding,
other dignitaries, Alumni, teaching and non-teaching staffs, students and general public.
The Library was donated by the Alumni of the Donbosco Higher Secondary School with their President Delai Daulagupu and General Secretary Rajesh Mahajan.
One room of the building was dedicated in memory to his father Late J,K,Thaosen by the Chief Executive Member of N.C.Hills Autonomous Council, as per information. The programme was graced by Executive Member Kulendra Daulagupu, Inspector of Schools Gayatri Naiding as Guests of honour.
