HAFLONG, February 3,
2019 : The Kuki Christian Church, Lasang Gamkai (Circle ) celebrated its 50th
Years of eixistence (Golden Jubilee) on February 1,2019 at Lasang village with
a day long programme.
In this connection,
the Monolith was ceremonially unveiled by the Executive Secretary of KCC Synod
Assam (Hq. Songpijang, Haflong) Rev. H. Haolai M.Th, in the presence of the
Synod Moderator Rev. Th. Lunkim, Pastor i/c Lasang Gamkai Rev. L.P. Lienthang
and a host of Pastors, Church elders, Deacons, and huge gathering.
The day long
celebration programme includes, unveiling of the Monolith, worship service,
games & sports, competitions in traditional and modern songs and dances and
a grand feast in the evening.
