Haflong,
December 30, 2020: Deputy Commissioner, Paul Barua felicitated all
the candidates from Dima Hasao district who become successful in Combined Competitive Examination 2018 for
Assam Civil Service conducted by the Assam Public Service Commission (APSC).
On
the occasion, DC Barua welcomed and congratulated all the successful candidates
and wish them for a bright career.
Addressing
them, Barua encouraged all the candidates to have an attitude to accept
challenges that might come across during their service in future.
It is
to be noted that 8 candidates (all female) from Dima Hasao district emerged out
successfully in the recently declared result of the APSC conducted CCE, 2018.
Out
of the total, 4 are selected for Assam Civil Service (Jr. Grade), 3 for Assam
Land & Revenue Service (Jr. Grade) and 1 for Inspector of Taxes.
The
district administration is making arrangements for logistics and travel for
these candidates to attend the state level function which is to be graced by
the Assam Chief Minister, Sarbananda Sonowal, at Guwahati on 1st January, 2021
