SEBA Chairman RC Jain (Retd. IAS) held Interaction on NEP 2020 with PS to NCHAC Smti. Zovi Nampui,I.S. Birensing Engti,and Literature Societies of Dima Hasao at Haflong on January 17, 2021.
Haflong, January 17, 2021 : Mr. RC Jain (Retd. IAS), Chairman of SEBA held Interaction on National Education Policy 2020 with Literature Societies at Circuit House, Haflong on January 17, 2021. Welcome Address by IS Birensing Engti.
The Interaction Session was attended by Principal Secretary to NCHills Autonomous Council Smti. L.Zovi Nampui ACS, Inspector of School Birensingh Engti AES and representative from Literature Socities, like Dimasa Literature Society, Zeme Literature Society, Kuki Literature Society, Hmar Literature Society and Jaintia Literature Society; Headmasters of various ME and High Schools of Dima Hasao.
Mr. Jain explained the aims, Objective, nature and how to implement NEP 2020 and answered questions asked by some members. Literature Societies felicitated Jain with respective traditional Mufflers.
PS Smti. Zovi Nampui also shared her opinion on NEP2020, would be pros and cons. She also advises all to try their best for full implementation of the NEP for the benefit of respective community.
SEBA Chairman Mr.Jain appealed to all for trying hard for the successful implementation of NEP 2020. Later, he alongwith PS, IS and Headmasters of various schools held second session in the same hall.
Earlier, the Inspector of Schools Birensing Engti, in his welcome addressed, invited all participants to express opinion on NEP2020 and how to implement the policy for community’s benefit.
The Chairman of SEBA Mr. RC Jain and Principal Secretary was also felicitated by staffs of IS office.
All the four Literatue Societies also felicitated the Chairman of SEBA Mr. RC Jain with respective traditional shawl or Muffler. On behalf of the Kuki Literature Society, its Secretary L.K.Hengna felicitated the Mr. Jain with Kuki traditional Muffler, as arranged by the Kuki Students’ Organization, Assam.
After, the first session with Literature Societies, the second session was held by the Chairman, PS, IS with Headmasters of various schools held second session in the same hall.
