7th International Yoga Day celebrated maintaining COVID protocol in Dima Hasao

 

Haflong, 21^st June,
2021:  The 7^th
International Yoga Day was observed in various corners of Dima Hasao district today
with rest of the country by maintaining all the necessary protocol of Covid-19.

The
programme at Umrangso was attended by Chief Executive Member of North Cachar
Hills Autonomous Council, Debolal Gorlosa along with Executive Members like Samuel
Changsan, and Lalremsiama Darnei, MACs Ratan Jarambusa, Projit Hojai and
chairman and vice chairman of Umrangso Municipal Board.

Speaking
on the occasion, CEM Debolal Gorlosa, he encourage participants for a healthy
diet and healthy lifestyle. He said that a healthy and fresh mind can always
deliver good and constructive result towards the wellbeing of the society.

On
the other hand, the Deputy Commissioner Paul Barua also celebrated
International Yoga day in the fresh surrounding of Haflong Circuit House with
the officials of both District Administration and Police Administration.

The
yoga demonstration was administered by the trainers of Art of Living, Dima
Hasao.
