District Level Xojaag Voter Football Competition for two days at Lodi

 

Haflong, 5^th January 2022:   In connection with the National Voter’s Day
celebration to be held on 25^th January 2022 like every year, the
District Election Officer, Dima Hasao has organised a football competition in
collaboration with District Sport Association Dima Hasao under the banner of District
Level Xojaag Voter Football Competition with the theme “No Voter to be left Behind” in
the district.

The
football competition was organised to generate mass awareness among the
prospective voters of the district. 

The District-level Football Competition was
held on 3^rd January and 4^th January 2022 at Heilung Newme
Play Ground (Lodi) Haflong.

In
football competition six teams participated to play in the district level. 

The
winner team in the district level will now head for Zonal level football
competition to represent Dima Hasao which will be held on the 11^th January
at Palastal Kachamari High School Play Ground in Nagaon.

 In this Xojaag Voter Football Competition, there
are four level football competition with exciting prizes which will be awarded
in every level i.e.

 In State-Level Winner will be awarded with trophy and cash
prize of Rs. 30,000 and Runner’s Up will be awarded with trophy and cash prize
of Rs. 20,000 whereas, both in Zonal and District level Winner and Runner’s Up
will be awarded with trophy and participation certificates will be awarded to
all.
