Mission Leaders’ Seminar of KABC at Haflong

                      Haflong, 28 March,2012 - A Mission Leaders’ Seminar of Karbi Anglong Baptist Convention (KABC) was held on 24^th and 25^th March 2012 at Town Baptist Church, Haflong, in Dima Hasao district, reports the Secretary of Town Baptist Church, Haflong, Dima Hasao District Pumje Riame  in a press release today.

 .In this seminar, both Rev. A.K. Lama, General Secretary, Council of Baptist Church North East India (CBC NEI), Guwahati and Rev. Taku Longkumar, Missionary of Baptist International Mission (BIM), Guwahati were present as the resource persons and delivered their valuable speeches. Delegates about 120 members from 13 associations under KABC of Assam participated in the seminar. Meanwhile, the four VIPs i.e. Executive Secretary, KABC, his wife and new Secretary along with his wife, who were supposed to attend the seminar on 24^th Mar 2012 ,traveling in the vehicle met a road accident at Haflong Civil Hospital Turning point and later they were treated at Haflong Civil Hospital and  were declared out of danger. Next day, they (the four injured VIPs) were able to attend the seminar in a proper way on 25^th Mar 2012 and delivered their valuable speeches. Thus, the seminar has been conducted successfully in a right manner.
