Haflong, March 27: Shri. Rajbir Singh, IAS, Election General Observer
for 16-Haflong (ST) L. A Constituency a segment of 3- Autonomous
District Parliamentary Constituency arrived at Haflong and stationed
 at the Circuit House in Room No. 5 in connection with Observance
 of the process of conduct of Election to 16th Lok Sabha, 2014.
