Devash Hojai, son of Mr. Ponjon Hojai from Dehangi, successfully cleared Combined Defence Service Exam and SSB interview to become an officer in the Indian Army. On completion of training at Officers Training Academy(OTA) in Chennai, he will be formally inducted as a commissioned officer.
Devas Hojai did his schooling from TMGSS, Gunjung. He graduated with 1st class B.Sc degree in Physics from Chennai Loyola College in 2011. In the same year, after taking CDS Exam, he returned home. Since then he has been working as one of the founding members of JINGAI NGO.
