Haflong, November 23: The Deputy Secretary of N.C.Hills Autonomous Council H.Haolai ACS has been promoted from Additional Deputy Commissioner rank to Deputy Commissioner rank and transferred on promotion to Hailakandi.
Haolai has joined as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Hailakandi Jilla Parishad. He was released by the Council on October 30,2014 and joined his new post within a few days.
Haolai is from Songpijang village and had been serving in Karimganj earlier.
