Haflong, November 01, 2020 : The ‘New Sangbar Club’ won Dehangi MAC Football Tournament at Dehangi on October 30 last and lifted the trophy with cash prize.
The final matched was played between ‘New Sangbar Club’ and Dimikri Slingku Jalai Club, wherein the ‘New Sangbar Club’ won the latter.
The final match and concluding ceremony was attended by the Chief Executive Member of N.C.Hills Autonomous Council Debolal Gorlosa. He has handed over the prizes on the occasion.
The winner team, New Sangbar Club was awarded the trophy with cash prize of Rs 30,000/-, while Runners-up team, Dimikri Slingku Jalai Club was given a cash prize of Rs. 20,000/-. Later, after the conclusion of final match, a friendly football match was also played between the GBs of Khelma Village and GBs of Dimasa village under Dehangi Constituency.
